Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your purchase delivery date. To be eligible, the hair must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, unaltered, and with all original ties and packaging fully intact.
What is Non-Returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair that has been installed, chemically treated, bleached, or cut cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all items marked as 'Final Sale' are ineligible for returns.
Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges are processed as a store credit only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. All approved returns or exchanges are issued as store credit only; no refunds to original payment methods or cash will be provided.
